Get yourself ready for track season. Impact Sprints Academy is a program geared towards Middle School and High School athletes looking to improve in the 55m-400m. Experience ten weeks of structured programming that has helped athletes realize their potential as elite sprinters, and has produced multiple state champions.
Expect the following:
* Block Start Work.
* Specific Endurance Training for Races from the 55-400.
* Increased Overall Speed.
* Improved Mechanics.
* Weight Training program with "How-To" videos.
* Competitive and fun environment that gets participants excited about the upcoming season.

Saturdays
Location: Stony Brook Track at Stony Brook Middle School,

Time: 10-11:30am
Full-Time Session Rate: $429
(Receive a shirt, bag, and weight training program.)
EARLY Registration Discounted Rate: $387
Discounted fee charged to those who register before 9/2/26. Rate of $429 will be charged to those who register on or after September 2, 2026.
One-Week Walk-in Option: $79
