About our After School Program
IMPORTANT NOTICE regarding the status of the WPC Middle School Program:
Dear WPC Parents,
There will be a delay in the opening of the WPC Stony Brook After School Enrichment Program due to a staffing shortage. The Recreation Department is working hard to rectify the issue. During this lapse, we recommend our families find alternative coverage for their middle school aged children.
It is our hope that the Recreation Department will have the WPC Stony Brook After School Enrichment Program up and running as soon as possible. We will contact you with updates in the next few weeks and will update our recreation website, westfordrec.com, with the most current information regarding the status of the program.
Our support and dedication to Westford’s families and children is of the utmost importance to us. Please feel free to call our department with any questions or concerns.
Westford Recreation Director
Since 2004, WPC has provided the Westford community with a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for Westford’s school children during after school hours. WPC’s experienced staff fosters meaningful relationships with each student, while focusing on three critical concepts: safety, positive youth development, and academic enrichment and support.
Plan ahead! Westford Parks & Rec’s WPC After School Enrichment program will return to full service for grades K-8 this fall with locations at the following seven schools: Abbot, Crisafulli, Day, Miller, Nabnasset, Robinson, and Stony Brook Middle School.
Payment Process: Westford Parks & Recreation partners with City Hall Systems to provide you with a more convenient and secure way to pay your WPC After School Program tuition for Spring Session. Please see the Westford Partnership for Children Tuition Payment Guidelines under Additional Forms and Files to learn more.
Registration Process: All WPC participants must complete and submit to the Recreation Office the following 5 documents:
- Session Registration Form

Important to Note: Our school year is divided into 5, 2 month long sessions. Each new session your child attends our program, a current registration form for that session, must be submitted to the Recreation Office. These forms are due 1 week prior to the start date of the new session.
