From learning the basics, to experiencing a low impact, full-body workout, Parks & Rec now offers non-competitive rowing classes for youth (middle school and high school students), as well as seniors (ages 55+). Current classes include 8th Grade Rowing, Junior Summer Rowing, and Senior Indoor Rowing.
