Impact Speed & Agility Summer 2026
This summer, Speed & Agility provides targeted training to both PRIME and JUNIOR athletes in an impactful eight weeks. Athletes are split into groups based on ages and training levels. Enjoy flexible session options that fit each athlete’s needs.
Speed & Agility PRIME:
Work hard, have fun, build confidence on and off the field.
Ages 13 to 20
Improve athleticism, in a competitive AND supportive environment. Athletes are emboldened to do their best, be their best, learning drills and skills that maximize speed, agility, and coordination. Train at a competitive level, in a positive and motivating environment that promotes confidence and teamwork, on and off the field.
Speed & Agility JUNIOR:
Focus on FUNdamental skills, positivity, and training.
Ages 10 to 12
Intro to speed training in a high-energy environment, with engaging exercises and competition that prepare athletes for upcoming fall sports. Motivate and train youth at a competitive level, promoting positivity, confidence, and teamwork.
Ages: Prime: 13-20, Junior: 10-12
Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
Time: 6:30pm-7:45pm
Location: Nutting Fields

Session 2: July 6-8
Session 3: July 13-15
Session 4: July 20-22
July 27-29 NO Session this week
Session 5: Aug 3-5
Session 6: Aug 10-12
Session 7: Aug 17-19
Session 8: Aug 24-26
ADDITIONAL SESSION OPTIONS:
Eight Weeks Session 1-8: June 29-Aug 26
An EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNTED for FULL Summer Weeks 1-8 rate of $550. will be charged to those who register before 6/12/26.
Rate of $599 will be charged to those who register on or after June 13, 2026
Four Weeks Session 1-4: June 29- July 22
Four Weeks Session 5-8: Aug 3-26
Please do not "over register" for this program. Refunds will only be provided for documented injuries. Refunds will not be given due to personal schedule conflicts.
Practice will run in rain, dress accordingly.
