2025 Speed & Agility provides targeted training to both PRIME and JUNIOR athletes in an impactful eight weeks of summer.
Speed & Agility PRIME: Ages 13 to 20
Work hard, have fun, build confidence on and off the field.
Improve athleticism, in a competitive AND supportive environment. Athletes are emboldened to do their best, be their best, learning drills and skills that maximize speed, agility, and coordination. Train at a competitive level, in a positive and motivating environment that promotes confidence and teamwork, on and off the field.
Speed & Agility JUNIOR: Ages 10 to 12
Focus on motivating and FUNdamental skills and drills.
Intro to speed training in a high-energy environment, with engaging exercises and competition that prepare athletes for upcoming fall sports. Motivate and train youth at a competitive level, promoting positivity, confidence, and teamwork.
Athletes are split into groups based on ages and training levels. Enjoy flexible session options that fit each athlete’s needs. Practice will run in rain, dress accordingly.
MOST IMPROVED ATHLETE at the end of the summer will win a bag, a sweater, and a free week of training in summer 2026.
(Must be signed up for a four week or eight week program to be eligible.)

Eight Weeks Session 1-8: 6/23-8/20
Eight week program includes a T-shirt, Impact Bag, and Weight Training Program.
Four Weeks Session 1-4: 6/23-7/16
Four Weeks Session 5-8: 7/28-8/20
Either four week program includes a T-shirt.

7/21 – 7/23 NO Session this week
Session 5: 7/28 – 7/30

Session 8: 8/18 - 8/20
Please do not "over register" for this program. Refunds will only be provided for documented injuries. Refunds will not be given due to personal schedule conflicts.
