Confidence — On and Off the Field
PRIME Impact Speed and Agility’s athletes train at a competitive level, in a positive and motivating environment that promotes confidence and teamwork, on and off the field.
Athletes are separated into groups, based on age and experience, and will be tested weekly in the 40 Yard Dash, L Drill, Illinois Test, and the Broad Jump. These tests focus on speed, agility, jumping ability, and endurance.
Practice will run in rain, dress accordingly.

PLEASE REVIEW PRACTICE LOCATIONS:
Session 1-4: Monday practice will be held at Stony Brook Middle School and Tuesday-Thursday at Nutting Road Fields.
Session 5-7: Monday-Thursday practice will be held at Nutting Road Fields.
Session 8: Monday-Thursday practice will be held at Stony Brook M.S. Track.
Please do not "over register" for this program. Refunds will only be provided for documented injuries. Refunds will not be given due to personal schedule conflicts.
