Impact Sprints Clinics
Description: For 10 weeks, we are providing a special clinic for the track population. If you are a sprinter that is fed up with not knowing how to train during the fall and want to go into Winter 2025 Faster, stronger, and more prepared, we can guarantee, Impact Sprints Academy is for you. This program is designed for athletes in 9th grade through college students.

As part of the clinic you'll get the following training:
* Block Start Work
* Specific Endurance Training for Races from the 55-400
* Increasing Overall Speed
* Improve Mechanics
* Weight Training program with "How-To" videos
* Competitive and fun environment that get your excited about the season.  

No more Googling random workouts, lack of structure, or guesswork. It is training that has paved the way for 20+ MA Divisional Track Champions and collegiate Sprinters over the last 8 years. Get faster and walk into Winter 2025 prepared to run your best in 10 weeks.

Spots are limited to 31 athletes. First come first serve. 

Program Dates: September 18 - November 23, 2024

Days & Locations:
Wednesdays:  The MillWorks Westford        Time: 6:15pm-7:30pm
Saturdays:  Stonybrook M.S. Track               Time: 10am-11:45am

Cost:
Full Time Rate: $429 (get a shirt,bag, weight training program)
Weekly Rate:  $79
