Yoga for Teens

By blending dynamic vinyasa yoga sequences,
with thoughtful journaling exercises, these sessions will help teens connect body and mind in meaningful ways. Through guided movement, students will enhance focus, manage stress, and boost their confidence. Each session begins with a reflective journaling prompt designed to encourage self-expression and mindfulness, giving teens tools to carry into their daily lives.

Kelly is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher passionate about making yoga fun, accessible, and welcoming for everyone. Her teaching blends mindfulness with strength and flexibility, encouraging students to carry the calm and awareness of their practice into everyday life. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned yogi, Kelly’s classes offer a space to move, breathe, and feel good both on and off the mat.
