Perfect for anyone craving a mindful pause in their day! This 45-minute yoga class includes gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness prompts so students release tension, reset focus, and return to the afternoon feeling refreshed and recharged. Kelly's personally curated playlist brings additional depth to each practice. Part of the joy is practicing with others.

Kelly Dias is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher passionate about making yoga fun, accessible, and welcoming for everyone. Her teaching blends mindfulness with strength and flexibility, encouraging students to carry the calm and awareness of their practice into everyday life. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned yogi, Kelly’s classes offer a space to move, breathe, and feel good both on and off the mat.
