Tai Chi with Stan Fall
Cultivating Qi – You in Better Balance
YangTao Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise characterized by gentle, flowing movements. Rooted in ancient Chinese martial arts, the practice of tai chi is both meditative and physically strengthening.
Westford Recreation is partnering with experienced instructor, Stan Fall, to offer a six-week program that introduces you to the essential concepts of YangTao Tai Chi. This program is appropriate for those who have NEVER practiced Tai Chi, as well as advanced practitioners who are deepening their practice.
