REFUND POLICIES

REFUND POLICY: SEASONAL VENDOR PROGRAMS
Seasonal Vendor Programs run all year long, from fall and winter, through spring and summer. Seasonal Vendor Program examples would be Chess, CPR, Pickleball, Speed and Agility, Yoga and Archery.
For withdrawal or transfers from a seasonal vendor program at least seven days prior to the start date, you are entitled to a full refund minus a $25.00 administration fee per transaction.
For withdrawal from a seasonal vendor program less than seven days prior to the start date, you are entitled to a full credit to your household account minus a $25.00 administration fee per transaction.
All credits must be used within a year of the transaction date.
Medical Withdrawal: A full refund will be given after the Recreation department receives a dated physician’s note documenting the sickness/injury.
REFUND POLICY: SUMMER WEEKLY PROGRAMS
Summer Weekly Programs are Kids Club, Destination Exploration, and Beach Party at D.E.
For withdrawal or transfers from a Summer Weekly Program at least 14 days prior to the start date, you are entitled to a full refund minus a $25.00 administration fee per transaction.
For withdrawal from a Summer Weekly Program less than 14 days prior to the start date, you are entitled to a full credit to your household account minus a $25.00 administration fee per transaction.
All credits must be used within a year of the transaction date.
Medical Withdrawal: a full refund will be given after the Recreation office receives a dated physician’s note documenting the sickness/injury.
