ONLINE REGISTRATION at WESTFORDMA.MYREC.COM: We offer online registration for our Seasonal Vendor Programs, as well as our Summer Weekly Programs: Summer Beach Party at D.E., Kids Club, and Destination Exploration. For WPC After School Programs, please use the fillable PDF registration forms found online at Westford Partnership for Children, our Westford Recreation After School Enrichment program for grades k-5.
